Congratulations to the Vertical Momentum class of 2023 who were officially inducted into EXCEED at an event held on the 4th of August at Rainbow Towers Hotel in Harare.
The graduates, who are supervisors, managers, executives, and entrepreneurs that successfully completed the LEAD Momentum and BETTER programs will now gain exclusive access into a global network of critically thinking leaders and change agents.
Here are some of the things to look forward to:
1.Participating in forums
Vertical Momentum has several forums that enable leaders to network and participate in each other’s growth journey.
Let’s take for example STERN (Strategic Talks Empowerment Roundtable Network), an initiative that organizes members into intimate collaboration groups of seven. Regularly, these groups meet and exchange ideas and networks as they continue building themselves and their organisations. Find out more about STERN here.
2. Publishing articles and pursuing your passions
Vertical Momentum has a global network of fellows, leaders and consultants. If you’re passionate about writing, community work, and any other initiatives that facilitate the development of people and organisations: you have the space to do it.
EXCEED offers a chance to put your work in front of global audiences by publishing it on Vertical Momentum online platforms and thereby increasing your overall reach and exposure.
3. Get involved in organizational consultancy
If you’ve taken any of our programs, you’ll know that they’re championed by seasoned experts and experienced consultants.
Gaining access to EXCEED also gives you opportunities to potentially become one of those consultants. You could be working with leading companies in every sector, locally, regionally, or internationally; helping develop people and organisations.
And in the process develop yourself too.
4. Coaching and mentoring
Apart from receiving continuous mentoring and coaching for your development, there are opportunities to also mentor other up-and-coming leaders.
